Subscribe To the API – Meridian Portal Knowledge Base

Before you can use the Meridian Cloud API, you must use the Accruent API Developer Portal to apply for a subscription to the API.

To sign in to the portal:

In any browser, open the regional Accruent API Developer Portal where your tenancy is hosted:
- US hosted tenancies
- EU hosted tenancies
Do one of the following:
1. Click Sign Up if the tenancy has not yet been subscribed to the API.
  The Meridian PortalSign In page appears.
  1. Enter your Meridian Cloud tenancy name and click Continue.
2. Click SIGN IN if the tenancy has already been subscribed to the API.

The Meridian Cloud authentication page appears.

Sign in to Meridian Cloud as normal using existing account credentials for the specified tenancy.
If you are a new user, your account will be created as a user for the Meridian Cloud API. If you have previously signed up for access, you will be signed into the portal where you can view all available products and APIs.

To subscribe to the API:

Sign into the portal as described in the preceding task.
Click the PRODUCTS tab.
The PRODUCTS page shows all available API collections to which you can subscribe and allows you to manage your existing subscriptions.
Select Meridian Cloud.
Enter a name for your subscription and then click Subscribe.
A confirmation page appears along with your subscription key. The status of the request will show as Submitted.
Your subscription request will be reviewed by Accruent and either approved or denied. If approved, the status of your subscription key will show as Active, and the key must be added as an authorization header in each API call that you make outside of the developer portal. You may then sign into the portal where you can view all available products and APIs and try any of the endpoints directly from within the portal.
