Meridian Cloud is software as a service (SaaS) that is continuously improved. We deploy these improvements to your account (tenancy) as soon as they are completed and tested. Some of the improvements are minor and are immediately available to you to use. These typically have little to no impact on your data and processes and do not require configuration. Some of the improvements are part of a major feature that has not yet been completed. These typically can have an impact on your data or processes and might require configuration. The partial improvements are typically hidden (disabled) in your account until the entire feature has been completed and tested. Each quarter, we reveal (enable) the completed major features either for all Meridian Cloud accounts or for specific accounts after consulting with you.
These new features will be available in test tenancies within 24 hours of when you receive direct email notification on June 24, 2020. The features will be available in production tenancies on July 6, 2020.

Dashboards The Dashboard-Reporting page has been greatly improved and now presents a dashboard of pie charts and statistics for projects, packages, and documents. Filters can be set for specific projects and time periods. Dashboards are provided on the tenancy Landing page and on each project home page. Project Owners may see information about their assigned projects, Tenant Administrators for all projects, and Contractors may see a basic dashboard for their assigned projects. |

Engineers can link design and project documents to assets, locations, or work orders in Maintenance Connection. Maintenance technicians can easily view Meridian Cloud documents related to an asset, location or work order in Maintenance Connection. Maintenance technicians can add new operations and maintenance documents to Meridian Cloud and link them to assets, locations, and work orders. |

Custom Document Types You can now use the built-in document types as the basis to create your own custom document types. Custom document types act identical to their parent built-in document types except that their property visibility and required properties may be configure per project type. |
