View Usage Statistics – Meridian Portal Knowledge Base

Portal reports how many total documents are stored in your tenancy and per project so that you can easily see how your tenancy is being used.

Your Meridian Portal account is not limited in disk space but it is limited to 25,000 documents annually. Single documents are limited to 500 MB (compressed).

You must be assigned to the Tenant Administrator role to perform this task.

To view usage statistics:

On the Meridian PortalLanding page, in the navigation bar, click the Reporting icon . The Reporting page appears:
- Reporting shows how many unique documents are stored in your tenancy compared to the quantity allowed by your Portal subscription.
- Subscription shows information about your Portal subscription.
- Projects shows how many documents are stored in each project in your tenancy.
