A new feature named Distribution Matrix has been added to account settings. Tenant administrators can use it to define rules that specify the areas of expertise that are assigned as the lead reviewer, required reviewers, or optional reviewers of documents for combinations of document type, discipline, and classification in each project type as described in Managing the distribution matrix. - MPS-14624
An issue has been fixed that could cause the text to appear incorrect in the Status property on the Details tab of Packages Only type projects.
