By default, when you first view a project, you can see all the documents. You can use filters to see only the documents that meet your criteria.
To view all documents in the project:- Open the project that you want to view as described in Opening projects.
- In the navigation bar, click the Documents icon
. The Documents page appears and lists the documents in the current view of the project.
- If any filters are applied to the view, click Clear filter to reset the view.
- Open the project home page that contains the documents that you want to view as described in Opening projects.
On the project dashboard, click the tile of the status that you want to view. The Documents page appears and lists the documents in the current project with the selected status.
- To view a different status:
- To the left of the Documents list, select the statuses of the documents that you want to see. The list refreshes to show only the documents with the selected status.
- View all project documents as described above.
To the left of the Documents list, click the Select filter icon
and then select the property values of the documents that you want to see. The number of documents that have each property value is shown in parentheses after the property value. For example, the Document Type filter might show Project Type (123), which means that the project contains 123 documents with the type of Project Type.
- Repeat to add more filters.
- Click this icon
to remove a filter.
- Click Filter. The list refreshes to show only the documents with the selected values.
- To the left of the Filter button, type keywords in the textbox and then click Filter. The list refreshes to show only the documents with the specified keywords in any property, file names, document numbers, or package numbers. The list is sorted by relevance. A keyword filter may be used together with selected filters.
- To the left of the Documents list, in the Deleted documents group, select how deleted documents should be shown and then click Filter. The list refreshes to reflect your selection.
- Click the heading of the column on which you want to sort the list. The list refreshes to show the documents sorted accordingly. The ascending
or descending
icon next to the column heading indicates the current sort order. To reverse the sort order, click the heading again.
