You can view information about your Meridian Cloud subscription at any time from within Meridian Portal.
To view your subscription:
You must be assigned to the Tenant Administrator role to perform this task.
- On the Meridian Portal Landing page, in the navigation bar, click the Account Settings icon . The Account Settings page appears.
- In the menu, click License. The License page appears. The License section lists the license type, license number, usage limit, and effective dates. The Enabled Features section lists the features in your subscription that were announced in the release notes and that have been enabled by Accruent Support.
- To view your subscription contract information, click Customer Center and log in with your self service center credentials that were given to you when you purchased your subscription. If you did not receive credentials, fill out and submit the request form and a customer support representative will contact you.
