You can view information about all of the activities that project members have performed for a specific document that are logged in Meridian Portal.To view the history log for a document:
- Open the Properties page of the document as described in Viewing and editing document properties.
- In the right pane of the page, click History. The pane lists the actions that have been performed on that document and the packages in which it was included. The activities are listed in order from newest to oldest.
- To download the history in CSV or XLSX format:
- In the header toolbar, click the Actions icon and then click Export history CSV or Export history XLSX. A progress dialog box appears while the history is prepared for download.
- When the file is ready for export, click Export to download it to your PC where you can work with it.
