View Quick Shares

Viewing a Quick Share shows information about the Quick Share package and lists the documents that reside in the Quick Share.

To view the contents of a Quick Share:
  1. Open the project that contains the Quick Share that you want to view as described in Opening projects.
  2. In the navigation bar, click the Quick Shares icon . The Quick Shares page appears and lists the Quick Shares that you have created as well as the Quick Shares that have been shared with you by others.
  3. Click the package number of the Quick Share that you want to view.OR

    Click the Actions icon of the Quick Share that you want to view and then click View on the shortcut menu that appears.

    The Quick Share page appears and shows information about the Quick Share package and lists the documents that reside in the Quick Share.
